Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices that deal with Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by developing, aligning, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management including employee participation as well as change. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive benefit. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures of learning and innovation that benefit teams and individuals. Annmarie, who is dedicated to assisting Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time in providing assistance to various non-profit organisations. For instance, she is a member within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women become leaders.
