Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and singer. She is known for her work in the theatre and also for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is an actor from the Netherlands and singer who is best well-known for her characters on the television show That's So Raven. The actress was featured in a variety of projects that included TV video and shorts. She performed her musical in in nearly 15 TV series. Some of her most notable roles include Shalom Sesame Divorce. In 2006, she released an original cover of the classic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to be used in an edition of Disneymania. She recorded several of the songs from the stage production which included A Change in Me.
